Just a quick, first entry to welcome our guests (you, the reader) to our new site. We hope you enjoy what you find, in terms of articles and information, pictures, videos and most importantly, the music. Please feel free to participate in our interactive features: the Chicago Blues timeline, interviewing the artists and of course, any comments and suggestions you might have so that we can improve the site.
A shout-out to everyone who is living near the grand ole Mississippi river, mother to the Mississippi Delta, birthplace of the Delta Blues that have so nourished the entire blues scene (and to so many blues greats…). Due to the flood situation, we wish you the best of luck in avoiding any catastrophe, our thoughts are with you all.
